Become a social media master

Gain skills in social media mastery with this foundation course aligned to the Certificate IV in Business. You will gain knowledge and skills to practically implement, manage and monitor successful social media profiles for individuals and business. Engage with consumers to build a community whilst understanding the fundamentals of social media platforms. You will learn how to promote and grow your business online using free tools; boost sales and sell product services online; build customer relationships and strong online communities and learn how to use these to get feedback to help refine and develop business ideas.

Resources required

No specific resources are required to successfully complete this course.

It is recommended that students have access to a reliable internet connection to access TAFE Queensland East Coast's online learning system, and a computer with up-to-date software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash Player.

This equipment and software is available for students to use at all TAFE Queensland locations.

Timetable

This program is delivered via a combination of online learning and 5 weeks of 2 day face to face workshops delivered from the Maroochydore video conference room. Classes are delivered from 9:00am to 1:00pm and students can choose to attend Maroochydore or any of the video conference rooms at TAFE Queensland East Coast locations.
